Located in the heart of Colerain Township, the Home at Taylor's Pointe is nestled just around the corner from Northgate Mall, with easy access to interstate 275 in Cincinnati, Ohio. We provide a calming, peaceful place for your loved one to receive quality long or short-term care. Not only will your loved one be living or rehabilitating in a home-like, comfortable environment with personal care, they'll also have access to an array of in-house and outside events. We believe it's essential that our residents remain part of their community and society, so they truly feel as if they never left home.

We provide 24/7 skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, wound care, bus service for outside activities, a secure Dementia/Alzheimer's unit and much more to help you reach your maximum potential. Upon admission, a comprehensive assessment is completed to determine the level of care needed. A care plan is developed specifically for each resident. We believe that healing is a collaborative process involving multiple efforts from each member of the team, including the resident and the family.
