Employee of the Month - November 2021

At Taylor's Pointe, we know that to provide the best care, we must find the right people who will be in the right places doing the right things for the right reasons. Our team is filled with individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to provide our residents with the best quality of life possible. Once a month at our skilled nursing facility, we want to recognize an employee that goes out of their way to make our residents feel at home.

We would like to recognize Kenneth Copeland for being The Home at Taylor’s Pointe employee of the month for November 2021! He has worked here for 14 years this coming January and has had a smile on his face since day one!

Kenny was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and grew up in the West End, attending Taft High School. When he is not hard at work in Taylor’s Pointe Maintenance Department, he reads the Bible, goes to church, and drives kids to and from sporting events. He believes God led him to a career in the nursing industry and his only wish is to enjoy life. His favorite movies are Forrest Gump and any of the Star Treks. He is very eclectic in music taste and enjoys all genres. The most important accomplishment Kenny has ever had was giving his life to Christ.

Kenny is an asset to Taylor’s Pointe not only because of his ability to fix almost anything but because his good mood is contagious and inspiring. He is kind and loves cracking jokes with residents and fellow staff.
