Welcoming Our New Assistant Administrator!

The Home at Taylor's Pointe would like to welcome Jessica Abner, Assistant Administrator! With a background in nursing, Jessica has worked in the long-term care field within the Foundations Health family for nearly 24 years. Growing up, Jessica's mother set the example for her in healthcare as a Director of Nursing for decades with Foundations Health Solutions. Graduating with a Bachelor's in Science Business in 2021 from the University of Phoenix, Jessica will now begin her new role in Administration.
Her career roots began as a Licensed Practical Nurse working in scheduling. She proceeded to be an Assistant Director of Nursing, a Charge Nurse on a ventilator unit, a Staff Development Coordinator, MDS Nurse and an Assisted Living Manager. Each position has given her strengths that came together for her newest management role.
Assistant Administrator at Taylor's Pointe - Jessica Abner Jessica has been married to her husband, Josh, for 22 years. Locally, they raise their two sons, Brayden and Carsyn, who are 19 and 15 years old. Continuing her education is a very important goal in Jessica's life. She made a pact with one of her sons that as long as he stayed in high school, she would go back to further her career and become a student as well. Making that commitment together, they both graduated last year! He's currently a sophomore at Miami University. She looks forward to his college graduation.
Through all her many roles in this industry, Jessica has always had a love for residents and their families. It's important to her to continue to build a "Culture of Care" at The Home at Taylor's Pointe that encourages and supports quality for those that reside there.
