Love, Friendship and Laughter

I spent the day with one of the most amazing people I have met in a long time. Her name is Letoya Englemon and she has been a Nursing Assistant for 35 years. She works at The Home at Taylor’s Pointe, one of our facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Letoya has an incredible personality and is so full of love and laughter that you immediately fall in love with her. Her passion for her residents is an inspiration. She makes sure each and every one of them is well taken care of and feels loved and respected. Seeing Letoya in action, you would think it was a daughter caring for her parent.
The same love and respect that Letoya shows to her residents, she shows her coworkers and fellow team members. One of the residents said it best,
“Letoya loves everybody and cares for everyone the same.” It was an absolute joy getting to know Letoya and I can say with confidence that I have made a new friend for life!
